New Moira Ultimate

This new Moira Ultimate will now apply Faded to all allies (including Moira herself) within a large radius for 10 seconds (customizable).
Allies who are faded will get a temporary speed boost, become immune to all forms of damage, and only appear as purple spheres to enemies. If an ally does damage of any kind or exits the radius of Moira's ultimate, Faded will be removed and they will be fully visible to all enemies while being able to take damage. They will not be able to be have Faded for a short time after dealing damage.
This code is not completly finished, so you may encounter some bugs. Enjoy!
