I finally found a healing trainer, but it was only for Ana, so I modified it to suit ALL Supports.
Basically you have Tracers running around, Blinking, Recalling, and taking damage.
All you have to do is heal them.
Great mode for:
Ana
Baptiste
Lucio
Mercy
Moira
Less optimal for:
Brigitte
Zenyatta
