AlterWatch - Enhanced FFA with Hero Reworks
AlterWatch is a simple deathmatch free-for-all gamemode where every hero is reimagined in a FFA World. All heroes changes are listed in-game, in top right of the screen. All ideas and feedback are welcome!

Rules
- 9 Players FFA Playstyle, where the player with 200 points win.
- Hard heroes are unlocked with 3 eliminations.
- Very Hard heroes are unlocked with 6 eliminations.
Hard and Very Hard heroes are intended to be unlocked further, because they're harder to understand or play.
Points System
- A single elimination grant up to 10 points. This means that if you eliminate 20 players without any other enemies contributing to the kill, you win the match.
- The points are divided among the players who contributed to the elimination.
This system was created to address the biggest issue in Overwatch's original Deathmatch: players frequently stealing kills and taking 100% of the credit for the elimination.
Hero Balance
Global Changes
In a FFA (Free-For-All) environment, players may suffer multiple attacks at the same time. This passive will be added to give players under pressure a chance to counterattack.

If more than one player deals damage to you within 1.5s, the passive will be activated.

Duration of 3s (resets every time the passive is activated)

Gains 50 Overhealth, increases speed by 30%, and grants 30 healing per second.

After respawning, gain a small speed boost to return to combat more quickly.

This speed boost is lost upon dealing or taking damage.

The duration of the speed boost is based on the distance to the nearest player.

Baptiste

Ignite nearby enemies.

New Ability 'Fiery Field' (Replaces Immortality Field). Select an area to ignite.
Cassidy

Now requires to hold Secondary button to fire Alt Fire.

New Ability 'Justice punch' (Replaces Flashbang). Jumps at an enemy, punching, pushing and stunning them.

Juno

New Ability 'Encapsulator' (Replaces Hyper Ring). Shoot a scanner that searches for an enemy, encapsulating them and generating energy when they receive damage.

Junker Queen

Active when you take fatal damage. Gains Overhealth and dies when duration ends if you haven't eliminated anyone.

Lifeweaver
Lifeweaver is constantly exploring the possibilities of Biolight. And now, with the goal of preparing for his solo mission, he has created ways to defend himself through roots that grow instantly to root his enemies.

chase enemies within your line of sight.

Torbjörn

Increased speed when holding Forge Hammer.

New Ability 'Project: Torpedo' (Replaces Molten Core). Torbjörn rides an explosive rocket that moves in the direction you're facing.

Dealing damage grants enhancements for the next Burrow exit, as well as using it to increase the duration.

Shoots a projectile that damages and knockbacks enemies based on the current charge.

Echo

Sticky Bombs are now homing projectiles.

Reaper
Reaper has a gameplay style that surprises enemies, with the potential to appear from the shadows unexpectedly, stealing kills from opponents and collecting souls from his victims to enhance his abilities.
Remember that souls are lost upon being eliminated. So always move through the shadows.
Footsteps will still be audible while Reaper is invisible. Use the increased speed while crouching to make less noise!

Very Hard Heroes
D.va

New D.va ability 'Propulsion Grenade' (Ability 2, Out of the mecha)

Throws a grenade that damages and knockback enemies.

Summons a large Mecha with limited energy.

Ultimate progress is lost upon elimination.

If the Mecha is destroyed with D.Va inside, D.Va will be eliminated as well.

Hold to safely eject from the Mecha.
Wrecking Ball

Needs fuel to roll.

Loses fuel when taking damage while rolling.

Adaptative Shields deals damages to nearby enemies.
Zarya

Only Secondary Fire.

Firing rate increases based on energy.

No longer causes damage to yourself.
-
Sacrifices a barrier charge in exchange for energy.
-
Accumulating high amounts of energy causes you to take more damage.
