Overwatch, but with custom abilities. [Talents]

- 3 Abilities for each Hero
- Press Primary Fire in spawn to switch Abilities

Almost the same system as Paladins Talent system.

I think Overwatch has way too less customizability, so I added 3 Abilities for each Hero.
Keep in mind that there are only 23 Heros available.

So I am REALLY appreciating ANY support for this mode.
