Reaper's "Gauging Options" emote modified

Reaper's latest emote "Gauging Options" modified in the workshop.
Note that this workshop was made for the "Gauging Options" emote, but you cant actually detect which emote is being used in the workshop so the same rules will trigger from using any of Reaper's emotes ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
The code is a little bit spaghetti without comments, but uploading anyway in case someone is curious to see it.
