Torbkart is where Torbjorn's movement speed is increased, gravity decreased, movement speed and overload duration increased, and it's cooldown increased as well.
Health is reduced tenfold, and damage is increased immensely. Hammer only! No turrets or any funny business. Though funny business is still highly encouraged.
