So i made a rain Clouds and rain drops using Create Effect and Create Projectile

You can change the projectile to be whatever u want
Orignal Effect is Mei Icicle you can aso use Echo Sticky Bomb but its not very cool looking

you can use Genji Shuriken for acid rain
