Overwatch 2 Orisa Rework Recreation

As the PVP beta of Overwatch 2 is now over I have now decided to move some things over from Overwatch 2 to Overwatch 1 to make Orisa's rework, this has been done through the workshop and Overwatch lobby editor. Some things may be dodgy right now, for example, the spear may send enemies through multiple map barriers, basically the spear has infinite range right now, sometimes movement speed may overwrite other movement speeds, for example, if you used Fortify and Spear Spin straight after each other, Spear Spin would make Fortify super fast, meaning speed values do not stack.
