Escort the NPC PvE Mode by Squ1dward#1665

This mode is very similar to modes from the Archives event. The goal of this mode is to escort a hero played by a Dummy Bot to the end of the map marked by a green flag without getting killed by endlessly spawning enemies. If the hero you're escorting or the rest of your team dies you lose. The hero being escorted only follows the closest player around and can't attack or use abilities. If a team member dies you can stand in the yellow circle around them to revive them, but this will take longer with each death. Each map is divided into sections triggered by the hero being escorted entering the area. Enemies won't spawn until the escort hero enters the area and players who haven't reached the current section yet will be teleported there when the escort hero reaches it. You can make the escort hero follow you instead of another player by using the group up communication.

There are currently 3 missions available:

Torbjorn's Turret Trouble: Escort Torbjorn through Blizzard World to his turret as Reapers, Bastions, Widowmakers, and a boss Roadhog try to stop you.

D.va's Missing Mech: Escort D.va through Paris to her missing mech as Reapers, Junkrats, Widowmakers, Soldier 76s, and a boss Reinhardt try to stop you.

Genji Needs Healing: Escort Mercy through Watchpoint: Gibraltar to a Genji that needs healing as Meis, Symmetras, a few other enemies and a boss Zarya try to stop you.

Before each game the host player can set the difficulty to a number 1-3 using their primary fire and secondary fire buttons. Secondary fire changes the number and primary fire starts the game. A higher number means a higher difficulty. The number is displayed at the top center of the screen.
