A gamemode I made for my friends with their suggestion.

This came about in a random QP game while listing off random overpowered abilities to give characters
Wanting this to have a semblance of fun i did not do those changes directly, but I put them in in a, hopefully, more balanced manner.

Hopefully this is fun.

(I will go back through and add HUD's to every character because some of the abilities are obscure, just havent yet)
