rules are simple
Melee to Push Players, Press Melee to get pushed (1.5 second cooldown)
Deflect to Deflect incoming shurikens/freeze nearby players for 1.1 seconds
Dash to Stun for 1.8 Seconds, Hold for 0.31 Seconds To get boosted (8 second cooldown)
Primary fire to hack players for 2 seconds (3 second cooldown)
Secondary Fire to Bounce up (7 second cooldown)
