1 v 1 Arena Balanced

1 v 1 Arena but every hero is on by default and are balanced to work in a 1 v 1 fight as best I can while trying to not change the hero's core mechanics like disabling abilities but some were changed. I will continue to make changes to heros to make them less or more viable.
