In this gamemode, anyone can kill. If you kill and get away with it, you win. You are unable to kill if someone is already dead or if you killed last round. Each player has a public skill and a secret skill to help them solve or commit murders, so take into consideration every factor you can to prove someone guilty or guarantee you get away with it.
