D.Va’s DM recharges at a rate of 150%. If you live long enough as a D.Va to ult, you are rewarded with a small damage buff! The buff is small to reduce the incentive of hiding from team fights. If you ult as D.Va, you will be forced back into mech. This is to prevent you from accidentally changing into another hero.
