Inspired/forked from Nickian's RIP-Tire Race

Added features include:

• A color coded timer in the top left (green if below record, red if above)
• Records for each map that anyone can try to beat and submit
• A scoreboard for all the races in the current session, with the winner and time of each race (or DNF)
• All standard game mode maps (and 2CP) have been added. For control maps it will pick a random 1 out of the 3 every time the game is started (with unique records for each one)
• Workshop settings available to easily change the amount of races and also force a specific race id (for control and flashpoint maps)
