500% Perks Update

Credits to whoever first created this mode. I can't seem to find the OG but the names I could find were Maverick and Avegener.
This is an update to 500% to add all current heros as of April 2025 and to add perks. Pretty simple updates.
Some of the OG codes I could find are P3QQD, H29B4, VCK62, BJ0KJ, and 2TAX0. As far as I can tell they stopped updating this mode so I took it upon myself to do it. Pretty much only added stuff from the new updates but also slightly balanced some stuff like Moira.
