Lúcio changes:
Reverse Amp (Heroes of the Storm ultimate):
- blast Lúcio’s Crossfade track at enemy Heroes for 5 seconds, causing Healing Boost to inflict damage, and Speed Boost to Slow Movement Speed by 50%
- lasts indefinetely if at least 2 enemy heroes are affected by it
- replaces Sound Barrier
No hero limits: VKB4A
