Minimap module

Quick little minimap/radar workshop mode.
Basically uses just 1 rule, feel free to use, modify and improve it in any way you see fit, i commented all the actions.
You can hold Interact to expand the map on your screen.

The amount of players that works with this is limited tho due to effects limit so keep that in mind. One minimap per player takes up 12 effects. I'll try and optimize it in the future
