6v6 Max 2 Tanks

What it says on the tin: an import code based on the 6v6 Open Queue format with a small amount of Workshop logic to restrict each team to picking only two tanks.
Note: Since the Workshop cannot detect hero selections within the hero select screen, if a team locks in more than two tanks during hero selection, two tank players will be randomly selected to keep their tank roles, and all other tanks will be forced back into hero selection to pick non-tank heroes.
