Detecting when Doomfist cancels Rocket Punch can help workshop users build systems around Doomfist's Empowered Punch, or introduce new abilities that rely on whether or not he actually finishes charging his punch. However, the logic can be a bit confusing, so I've made a code snippet for others to use.
