Overview

Socialwatch FM is an Overwatch Workshop custom game mode all about socializing and having fun. You can chat with other players, customize your appearance, engage in PvP, and play mini-games. It's like a public hangout for Overwatch where you make the rules!

Features

The FM stands for Friendly Mode: Talk to other players using match voice or text chat.
Intuitive Menu System: Unlike other friendly custom game modes, Socialwatch FM boasts an intuitive mouse-driven menu system. Easily navigate through menus with a simple click and access all available functions and features.
Customization: Tailor your in-game persona with options for title, size, nameplate color, and outline color.
Attribute Modification: Players can modify nearly all of their attributes, allowing for a fun, personalized experience.
Extras: Experience unique gameplay with customizable jump pads, a noclip mode, and other features.
Consent-Based Interactions: Socialwatch FM features a request system that facilitates consent-based interactions. Want to tie a rope to another player or attach them to your shoulder? Just inspect them and click the request you want.
Player-Driven Moderation: Players can initiate votes to kick, ban, or mute other players, ensuring a respectful gaming environment.

Getting Started

For Players:

To create a lobby, import the custom game code FM971 directly into Overwatch from the lobby settings menu. This ensures you receive the latest updates automatically.
When you load Socialwatch FM, take a moment to read the intro that pops up, which summarizes the key features.
Access the main menu at any time by holding the Interact key. From the main menu, you can explore various submenus and customize your gaming experience.

Modification

If you modify this game mode please be sure to credit Raven#112503 as the original creator.
Include "Modified by: [Your Name]" in the description as well as the Credits menu page.

Limitations

Please be aware of the following limitations:

Settings and bans do not persist between matches. They reset when the game is restarted or a new map is loaded. This limitation is inherent to Overwatch custom games.
