A Different Overwatch

Back again, mainly just to enable all of the new heroes.
ALL - Disabled Perks FOR NOW, I will find a work around later but it messes with a lot of things.
A Different Overwatch Version 3.5:
Tanks:
- Cooldown increased to 6.5 seconds.
Damage dealt increased back to normal values matched in live server game.
- No longer roots Orisa, reduces speed by 70%.
Duration decreased from 20 to 13s. timate generation increased by 150%. Damage dealt decreased by 40%.
Damage dealt increased by 30%. Fixed a bug where you would be stunned out of your abilities after shooting rapidly.
Damage:
Damage dealt decreased by 10%. Additionally, you may now use Sprint while airborne.
Enabled Primary Fire.
Support:
Ammo increased from 180 to 252. Healing dealt increased by 20%
Duration increased from 4 to 6 seconds.
Cooldown reduced from 10 to 8 seconds.
Ultimate generation increased by 20%.
Cooldown time reduced by 35%.
