Lucio's gun is rapid fire. It does 20% less damage then normal. Once you start firing you can't stop unless you alt fire. Alt fire has no knockback. Amp it up is disabled. Lucio passivly heals himself, not others. This mode works with all gamemodes and all maps. Players can only use lucio.
