This game sets all cooldowns to 15% and instead makes them use a Mana Bar. If you dont have enough Mana you cant use your abilites. There are ways to gain Mana instead of waiting for the passive gain. Headshots give a Percent of your damage back in Mana ( Your damage x 0.1 ) and health packs give back 35 Mana. Some characters got changes to assist with making them Mage like they will be listed below. Text appears at the top of your screen when you spawn in to tell you what your character does but there is a limited roaster.
Character Changes:
Junkrat: Dealing Damage sets people on fire and does 30 damage
Cassidy: You cannot roll backwards but you can Roll upwards
Hanzo: Storm Arrows now freeze people you hit with them
