Kingmaker recreated in workshop

This is a mostly-faithful recreation of the Kingmaker quickplay hacked mode in workshop.

A few things to note:

• You are locked to the role you select once you spawn for the entire duration of the match but you can switch heroes like usual. There is also a maximum of 2 players on each role
• The "crown" buffs are exactly the same as the mode except for the damage crown which instead of 20% reload and 20% firerate simply has 30% extra damage because of workshop functionality.
• This has only been tested with bots so there may be bugs
