Cooldowns Reset on Kill by Darwin#21408

Fun little mode made in less than 30 mins. I've noticed that when you force hero swap (like in the Gauntlet mode) you get your cooldowns back. In this mode whenever you get a kill your hero is being basically forced to itself so you get those cooldowns back. Health resets as well, thats why you're getting damaged to get you to pre-swap health.
This particular version is setup to be a regular 50 kills FFA, no other changes, feel free to modify hero rosters or whatever you feel fitting.
