Experience Overwatch through a lens of total unpredictability. In this mode, you don’t just swap heroes—you evolve. Every life is a gamble where your stats are graded from F Tier to S+ Tier, drastically altering how your hero performs on the battlefield.
🛠 CORE GAMEPLAY
- Hero Roulette: Every time you spawn, you are assigned a random hero.
- Themed Passives: Most heroes come equipped with unique, themed passive abilities.
- Note: Some heroes have multiple possible passives (chosen at random), while others have none.
- The Grading System: (Toggleable) Your hero is assigned a "Grade" for 10 different attributes. Tier C is the standard baseline (1x).

💡 Pro Tip: While F Tier is usually a penalty, an F Tier in Size makes you incredibly difficult to hit, turning you into a tiny menace!

⏳ COOLDOWN ACCELERATION
The Cooldown Speed stat works differently. Your cooldowns are updated every 0.25 seconds. Depending on your grade, time is either added to or subtracted from your active cooldowns.
- S+ Tier (-1.00s): Rapid-fire abilities. Your cooldowns vanish almost instantly.
- C Tier (0.00s): Standard Overwatch cooldown speeds.
- F Tier (+0.75s): Heavy fatigue. Your abilities take significantly longer to refresh.
🧬 SPECIAL PASSIVES
Every hero has been tuned with "Themed Passives" to enhance their identity.
- Randomized Traits: For heroes with multiple passives, the workshop selects one at random upon spawning, ensuring no two lives feel exactly the same.
- Synergy: Combine your Grade stats with your Passives to create "Boss Level" builds. An S+ Speed/Attack Reinhardt with the right passive is a force of nature!
🎮 HOW TO PLAY
- Spawn: Get your random hero and grade.
- Adapt: Check your stats—are you a tanky giant or a glass-cannon scout?
- Conquer: Use your unique stat spread to outplay the enemy team.

- Stat Randomization: ON/OFF
- Passives: Chance to spawn with a passive (Ranging from 0 to 1)
Hero Passives
Ana Passive A: Enhanced Sedative
One of two passives chosen at random upon spawning.
Sleep darts now knock down enemies for 3s instead of sleeping.
Ana Passive B: Smoky Granade
One of two passives chosen at random upon spawning.
Biotic Grenade now applies blindness to enemies for 4s.
Suffering Module
Healing received reduced to 0%.
Dealing damage with Nemesis Form, Ravenous Vortex, or Annihilation heals Ramattra for 100% of damage dealt.
Head Crusher
Overrun now instantly kills enemies you land on top of.
A.I.M.B.O.T
Emre gains Aimbot while scoped if he has not taken damage within the last 3s.
Undying
Reaper cannot reach 0 HP. Instead, he is knocked down upon reaching 1 HP.
If healed above 25% max health while knocked down, Reaper stands back up.
Staying knocked down for 15s or pressing Interact will instantly kill Reaper.
Armored Packs
Healing allies with Repair Packs grants them a temporary 50 armor points.
Hooking Chains
Landing a Binding Chain will teleport the enemy and attach them to Mizuki for 1.1s.
Anran
Using abilities sets Anran on fire for 5s.
Anran receives 40 healing per second while burning.
Ashe
Using this ability refunds the Dynamite cooldown.
Casting Ultimate refunds the Dynamite cooldown.
Killing Burst
Dealing a final blow triggers a free activation of Regenerative Burst (does not trigger cooldown).
P.T.S.D
Taking damage grants a free activation of Turret Mode (Cooldown: 25s). This activation does not use the ability's standard cooldown.
It's Quarter to Noon
Staying still for 2s grants Aimbot. Moving disables the effect (Cooldown: 12s).
Empowered Mech
Blocking damage with Matrix generates a special resource (Max: 100).
While flying, consume 10 resource to spawn a homing projectile toward enemies.
Hard Light Reinforcement
Dealing damage with any ability grants permanent +3 Shield Health (Max: +75 Shields).
Initiative
Dealing damage to a Full HP enemy with an ability refunds that ability's cooldown.
Self Resurrection
Dying while Resurrect is off-cooldown will consume the ability to auto-resurrect Mercy at the spot of her death.
Perfect Imitation
Casting Ultimate on an ally or enemy copies their hero, passive, and current stats permanently. Echo reverts upon death.
Bounty Hunter
A random enemy is marked through walls. Killing the mark refreshes Dash and Jump charges and grants 50 temporary overhealth.
Gravitational Grasp
Melee an enemy to grab them for 3s (1.5s for Tanks). Shooting or waiting tosses them in your facing direction.
Zanshin
Dashing grants a 2.5s window where your next Melee deals +50 damage and a slight stun.
Windstrider
Using Lunge grants arrows extra projectile speed and removes gravity for 2s.
Grease Ball
All base HP is replaced with 1500 temporary overhealth.
Grants 125 Overhealth (10s Cooldown).
Connected through Harmony
Casting Orb of Harmony marks an ally. Use the 'I need Healing' communication to instantly teleport to them and remove the mark.
Paralyzing Toxin
Enemies poisoned by the mine are knocked down after 2.5s.
Lúcio
Changing songs grants a free activation of Amp It Up (Cooldown: 25s).
Sitting in your lap
Now attaches you to the ally you are looking at. While attached, you are immune to damage.
Press Interact while attached to grant the ally +25 temporary overhealth. (Cooldown: 14s)
Echolocation
Hitting an enemy through walls reveals their position, hero, and health for 5s.
Uncontrollable Zapping
Now Zaps hit enemies for 2.5s, moving their camera uncontrollably (18s Cooldown).
Sojourn Passive A: Zapping Orb
One of two passives chosen at random upon spawning.
Enemies within the orb range receive the Zapped status effect.
Sojourn Passive B: Freezing Rail
One of two passives chosen at random upon spawning.
Primary fire generates resource. At 100% resource, the next Railshot freezes enemies for 1.5s.
Petal Sanctuary
Hold Interact (F) to preview a placement, release to set a magic orb.
Orb heals allies for the displayed amount (Max charge: 250).
Metal Horse
Gains x0.6 Damage, x1.3 Speed, and x1.5 Jump Height (Bypasses Grading System).
Allies can now mount Orisa.
Giant Killer
Deal 20% extra damage to enemies with higher current HP than you.
Integer Manipulation
Can now target allies to reduce all cooldowns by 2s and grant +5% Ultimate Charge.
Bubbly Graviton
Casting a bubble pulls the nearest enemy to the bubbled person's position.

Uncontrollable Sun
Ultimate now one-shots enemies, but Illari dies 3s after casting.
Cutting Edge
Landing a final blow with Gracie refunds the cooldown.
Landing a final blow with Carnage refunds the cooldown.
Security Code
Enemies trapped must now input a 5-button code to escape.
Field Repairing
Hammering an ally with Armor Health repairs 25 armor points.
Self Preservation Martian AI
When Juno drops below 30% HP, Pulsar Torpedoes are automatically used on herself to heal for 170 HP.
Relic Excavation
Emerging from Burrow spawns a random relic: Healing (100 HP), Armor (50 Armor), or Ult Charge (15%).
Behold the children of wrecking ball
Casting Ultimate spawns three smaller Wrecking Balls that follow the player and mimic all actions.
Lobotomized Subject
Casting Fade spawns a random hero bot. Moira becomes invisible/immune and gains control of the bot until it dies.
Telefrag
Blinking into an enemy deals 140 damage to them and 40 damage to Tracer.
Heavy Impact
While high in the air, press Crouch to slam down, dealing damage and launching enemies upward.
Reinhardt Passive A: Kinetic Barrier
One of two passives chosen at random upon spawning.
Blocking damage generates resource (Max: 230).
Next Fire Strike deals bonus damage equal to stored resource and resets resource to 0.
Reinhardt Passive B: Crusader's Shockwave
One of two passives chosen at random upon spawning.
Dealing damage with Hammer reduces Charge cooldown.
Pinning an enemy into a wall stuns all nearby enemies.
Smoke Bomb
Teleporting leaves a smoke cloud. Allies inside are invisible; enemies inside are blinded for 4s.
Tactical Recon Ball
Press Interact to control a Wrecking Ball bot (Ball form only).
The bot has its ultimate ready but cannot be healed and deals reduced damage.
Soldier is vulnerable while controlling the bot. Pressing Interact again, using Ultimate, or bot death returns control.
