Shield Launches You In The Direction It Is Facing.
Rock Launches You In The Opposite Direction you are facing.
Q and interact restarts your run from the beginning. restarts timer
Space and Interact skips to the next checkpoint. stops timer
Crouch and Interact goes back a checkpoint. stops timer
Q and Crouch enables freeroam. stops timer
Q and space Brings you back to your current Checkpoint.
