A workshop I made to test out a tech where if you duplicate Tracer and blink at the end of the duplicate you recieve a huge burst of momentum.
The window to execute this is between 14993ms and 15008ms (which is just a single tick) after the invulnerability period of the duplicate cast ends. This is also latency dependant so while the bot can execute the tech at 14993ms after the invulerability period of duplicate, a player will have to adjust the timing based on their ping, by about twice their ping.
When this tech is perform by a real player (even a player executing a script) there seems to be a lot of variance between the speed and acceleration of each attempt, but when done by a workshop bot the top speed and top acceleration are consistantly in the highest values I've seen.
The highest speed I've recorded a bot moving using this tech is 261.24m/s with a calcuated max acceleration of 1632.75m/s^2.
The highest speed I've recorded a real player executing the script is 228.60m/s with a calcuated max acceleration of 1428.73m/s^2
While the player can achieve speeds as fast as the bot more often when executed by a real player the top speed will be around 60-130m/s with a calculated max accleration of around 500-800m/s^2.
The tech was discovered by /u/shadefreeze in this reddit post.

This tech can also be done with every player-tied teleport ability [i.e) reaper teleport, sombra translocator, tracer recall...], and can provide you with a speed of almost a 1000 meters per second. it's lost to time who has first discovered the tech, but I can assure you it was there in overwatch one, as https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y8TQEjCZ2sc this video proves. I've actually discovered the tracer blink version back in season 5 or so, but It's nice to see somebody making this as a manual tool! hope you make the other versions of this tech possible, and do this in the outskirts of workshop chamber since workshop expanse has a set wall that this tech unfortunately can't phase through.
Oh cool, I vaguely remember seeing the Reaper one back in OW1 but I always assumed it got patched. I didn't put together it was the same interaction. It'd be cool to test it out on other abilities.
