Bounty Hunt FFA by IvanIV#1302

Each player starts with a bounty of 4. When you eliminate a player, 25% of their bounty gets added to yours. The leader's position is marked for all to see. Don't get too clever, suicides reduce your bounty by 25%.
Note: The target score is set by the global variable Z. Feel free to adjust it as need be. Larger lobbies will require higher values. The maximum allowed target score is 9999.
