Echo

  • Swift Step: Casts a 75 healing heal bomb to allies and Kiriko in a 7m radius and makes her invisible for 1.75s.

Lifeweaver

  • Passive: Empathetic (12s Cooldown)
  • Empathetic: The closest ally within 10 meters of your crosshair bursts a 15 meter radius healing bomb that heals 75 health instantly, healing anybody in the radius. Any allies within this healee's radius starts healing, alongside with the ally, 25 health per second for 4 seconds.
  • Lifegrip & Healing Range: Increased from 30m → 60m.

Lúcio

  • Deep Chill: Reset cooldown by using cryofreeze after deep chill process has finished.

Mercy

  • Valkyrie: Instnatly heals 250 health.
  • Resurrection: Replaced with Morale Boost
  • Morale Boost: Increases speed and healing by 25% and heals you for 25 health per second, for 4 seconds.
  • Morale Boost: Indicated by HUD text at the top.
  • Morale Boost: 12 second Cooldown.

Moira

  • Biotic Grasp: Damaging opponents reduces the healing they receive by 25% for 0.125s.
  • Biotic Orb: Max healing and damage capacity reduced by 25%.
  • Coalesence: Duration reduced by 20%
  • Biotic Energy: Maximum energy reduced by 10%.
  • Biotic Energy: Regeneration speed increased by 10%.

Orisa

  • Fortify: Enemies receive 35% of the damage they deal to you.
  • Health: Reduced from 525 → 425.

Pharah

  • Jet Dash: Heals you 25 health.
  • Rocket Jump: Heals you 50 health.

Ramattra

  • Nemesis Form: Blocking in Nemesis Form reduces the damage your teammates take by 15% and that you take by an additional 15%.

Reaper

  • General: Healing Dealt reduced by 100%.
  • General: Cannot receive healing hero-wide healing passive.
  • General: Final Blows heal you 100 health per second for 3 seconds, visualized by a red orb connected to you with a red beam.
  • General: Final Blows reset Wraith Form cooldown.
  • Wraith Form: Heals you around 33 health per second.
  • Wraith Form: Increases Movement Speed by 25%.

Reinhardt

  • Firestrike: Inflicts 15 damage per second fire that lasts 4 seconds.
  • Barrier: While projecting the barrier, Reinhardt takes 50% less damage.
  • Health: Reduced from 700 → 500.

Roadhog

  • General: Damage Reduced by 25%.
  • Hook: Slows movement down by 25% for 3.5 seconds.
  • Pig Pen: Slows movement down by 50% for 3.5 seconds.
  • Take a Breather: Creates a visualized ring that widths 10 meters and heals allies within it 65 health per second. (This stacks for Roadhog, so he gets both the Take the Breather and radius healing.)

Sigma

  • Kinetic Grasp: Sets gravity to 25% for its duration.
  • Gravitic Flux: Slammed Enemies are stunned for 2.25s.
  • Health: Reduced from 625 → 550

Sojourn

  • Disruptor Shot: Cooldown Reduced from 15s → 12s.
  • Disrupter Shot: Now Slows Enemies until they are out of the radius.
  • Railgun: Charge per Bullet Increased from 5 → 6.

Solider: 76

  • Helix Rocket: When Impact Damage is 81 or better, helix explodes in a 10m radius and deals 60 damage.
  • Helix Rocket: Cooldown Increased from 6 → 8.

Sombra

  • Hack: When enemies have this status effect, they receive 25% more damage.

Symmetra

  • Proton Beam: Heals all teammates 25% of damage dealt.
  • Teleport: Replaced with Rejuvenation.
  • Rejuvenation: Heals you 15 health per second for 4 seconds.
  • Rejuvenation: Creates 25 temporary shield health.

Torbjörn

  • Overload: Causes entire enemy team to burn 5 health per second for 4 seconds.

Tracer

  • Blink: Increases damage dealt by 20% for 2 seconds after using.
  • Recall: Resets Blink count to 3.

Venture

  • Burrow: Increases movement speed by 20% during its duration.
  • Burrow: Deals 30 damage per second to enemies within 3m of your burrow.
  • Tetonic Shock: Knocks enemies down for 0.55s.

Widowmaker

  • Widow's Kiss (Scoped): Headshotting enemies heals Widowmaker 100% of the damage dealt.
  • Widow's Kiss (Scoped): Headshotting enemies marks them to your entire team for 1.5s.
  • Widow's Kiss (Scoped): Creates Laser Beam Enemies can See.

Winston

  • Tesla Cannon: Reduces victim movement speed by 50% during damage dealing.

Wrecking Ball

  • General: Moving at 11.5 meters or faster heals you 1 health per 0.016 second.

Zarya

  • Particle Cannon: You heal 35% of damage dealt.

Zenyatta

  • Orb of Destruction: Heals you and your allies 50% of damage dealt.
