Mauga Level Up

Whenever Mauga scores an elim, special effects will trigger to him!

--This is my first workshop code and I would like your feedback!

The effects triggered when Mauga scores an elim:
Permanently increases armor by 100
Permanently increases shields by 20
Resets charge CD

Whenever Mauga dies, permanently increases his health by 5

To aid Mauga in leveling up (his health starts at 130), whenever Mauga heals an ally using Cardiac Overdrive, he will be healed by 5 HP.
