This is simply a WIP mod to RookiePlayer's Black Hole gamemode. Currently, the following heroes are modified, and their abilities will be listed below:

Gravitic Flux increases the size of the black hole by 1.5x after a 5 second delay, shown on a global HUD timer. Also increases move speed to 300%.
- Self-Repair increases Bastion's speed
- I1 second stun, 5 second slow
This obviously isn't done and ill probably do more here
