Description
Shooter Hell - Search and Destroy (name is a work in progress) is a 3 round realistic 6v6 Search and Destroy mode based on the Call of Duty gamemode. The source code for the Search and Destroy mode is from Guardian, and the rest is from my "Shooter Hell - Elimination" game.

All 17 playable heros include Ashe, Baptiste, Cassidy, Emre, Freja, Illari, Junker Queen, Junkrat, Juno, Pharah, Reaper, Sierra, Sojourn, Solider: 76, Sombra, Tracer, and Widowmaker. Multiple players on the same team can pick the same hero.

  • Both the enemy health bars and the kill feed are disabled to give as little information as custom games will allow. - All heros have 100 HP but still retain the same amount of damage.
  • There is no regen or healing. Including from healthpacks.
  • Some abilities are disabled, ones which are not are on increased cooldowns.
  • Perks, ults, and role passives are disabled.
  • There is no respawning.
  • Each round is 5 minutes.
  • Both planting and defusing take 5 seconds.
  • There are brand new A and B objectives on the control maps Busan, Illios, Lijiang Tower, Nepal, and Oasis. I may or may not add Samoa and Antarctic Peninsula in the future.
  • One player on attack automatically spawns with bomb, it does not spawn on the floor of the spawn room like in other Search and Destroy based games.

Description of how Search and Destroy works from Guardian's original game
"Team 2 randomly gets a bomb carrier picked at the start of each round. Don't want to be the carrier? Just hold interact to drop the bomb, then any of your teammates can pick it up. If you died with the bomb on you, whether you fall off the map or get killed by an enemy, the bomb will drop nearby. Be careful though, the other team can see the bomb too.

When you have the bomb head to one of the two objectives and start planting. When you're planting you can't move so play smart and have your team protect you. Once the bomb is planted the defenders have 60 seconds to defuse it before the bomb explodes. If Team 1 fail to defuse in time the bomb detonates and attackers win the round. However if Team 1 gets the defuse off they instantly win the round.

If you don't like playing the objective though you can wipe the other team to earn yourself a win as well.

  • Coach Gun knockback scalar (enemy) is 5%
  • Coach Gun Knockback Scalar (self) is 0%
  • Dynamite cooldown time is 24 seconds
  • Coach Gun cooldown time is the regular 10 seconds
  • This hero naturally one shots enemies with headshots while scoped

Baptiste
Baptiste

  • Immortality Field is disabled
  • Regenerative Burst is disabled
  • Secondary fire is disabled
  • Only ability is Exo Boots

Cassidy
Cassidy

  • Combat Role is disabled
  • Flashbang cooldown time is 24 seconds
  • This hero naturally one shots enemies with headshots

Emre
Emre

  • Siphon Blaster is disabled
  • Cyber Frag cooldown time is 29 seconds
  • Cyber Frag knockback scalar is 10%
  • Disabling passive regen seems to disable Emre's Altered Vitals passive, I hope this remains a feature
  • This hero's Cyber Frag ability naturally one shots enemies at close range

Freja
Freja

  • Quickdash is disabled
  • Updraft is disabled
  • Take Aim duration is increased by double
  • Ammunition for primary fire is now 10 instead of 15

Illari
lllari

  • Secondary fire is disabled
  • Healing Pylon is disabled
  • Outburst cooldown time is 20 seconds
  • Healing Pylon is practically one shot and I modified Illari to only deal 25% healing, so if you want you could experiment and swap Outburst for Healing Pylon in settings and she would be the only hero that could provide healing
  • This hero naturally one shots enemies with headshots

Junker Queen
Junker Queen

  • Carnage is disabled
  • Commanding Shout is disabled
  • Jagged Blade knockback scalar 0%
  • Jagged Blade cooldown time is 25 seconds
  • Damage dealt increased by 25% so that she can oneshot at point blank like Reaper can, also like a real shotgun would
  • Adrenaline Rush (self heal passive) is disabled by making healing delt 0

Junkrat
Junkrat

  • Concussion Mine disabled
  • Steel Trap cooldown time is 25 seconds
  • Frag Launcher knockback scalar is 10%
  • This hero naturally one shots enemies with direct grenade hits, Steel Trap also instantly kills

Juno
Juno

  • Glide Boots are disabled
  • Hyper ring is disabled
  • Pulsar Torpedoes cooldown time is 16 seconds
  • Juno still has Martian Overboots (double jump)
  • Ammunition for primary fire is now 36 instead of 180, which is the same as Baptiste and Emre. However, Juno can only shoot three times before reloading. This is because Baptiste and Emre only shoot 3 rounds per burst and Juno shoots 12 rounds per burst. Warning, torpedoes still lock onto team mates and her bullets don't go through team mates.
  • Additionally, Juno deals exactly 0 healing and her HP contains almost no shield. It isn't possible to replace shields with health in Overwatch. But, I found a work around that basically makes it as if she has no shields.

Pharah
Pharah

  • Jet Dash is disabled
  • Concussive Blast is disabled
  • Hover Jets extra fuel scalar is 50%
  • Hover Jets maximum time is 50%
  • Hover Jets recharge rate is 10%
  • Jump Jet acceleration scalar is 45%
  • Jump Jet cooldown time is 28%
  • Ammunition for primary fire is now 2 instead of 6
  • Rocket Launcher knockback scalar is 10%
  • This hero naturally one shots enemies with direct rocket hits

Reaper
Reaper

  • Shadow Step is disabled
  • Wraith Form is disabled
  • The Reaping (self heal passive) is disabled by making healing delt 0
  • Fortunately, Dire Triggers is now an ability. Making Reaper actually playable in this game mode.
  • This hero naturally one shots enemies at point blank, and with Dire Triggers headshot

Sierra
Sierra

  • Anchor Drone cooldown time is 23 seconds
  • Tracking Shot cooldown time is 25 seconds
  • Tremor Charge is disabled
  • Ammunition for primary fire is now 50 instead of 80, 5 more than Sojourn

Sojourn
Sojourn

  • Disruptor Shot is disabled
  • Power Slide is disabled
  • Charged Shot is still enabled
  • This hero naturally one shots enemies with headshots while using charged shot

Soldier: 76
Solider: 76

  • Biotic Field is disabled
  • Helix Rockets are disabled
  • Sprint is enabled

Sombra
Sombra

  • Hack cooldown time is 30 seconds
  • Translocator cooldown time is 18 seconds
  • Virus is disabled

Tracer
Tracer

  • Approximately 45 seconds for Blink to completely recharge
  • Recall is disabled

Widowmaker
Widowmaker

  • Grappling Hook cooldown in 16 seconds
  • Venom Mine cooldown time is locked at 15 seconds, probably a bug
  • This hero naturally one shots enemies with headshots while scoped
