D.Va Dog Fight PvE Or PvP and PvE Mini-game

forward = throttle up
backwards = throttle down
hold melee = to lock on
ability on to boost.

There is a setting to toggle PvE or PvE and PVP.
You may have to change the lobby amount for team 2, if you wanna lock the lobby while in PvE mode.
