Mei only. No health kits. No primary fire. Securing a kill will increase your damage by 10% up to a maximum of 200% and grant you a pick. Dying resets your damage and picks. At 10 picks you can use your ultimate once, using the ultimate will reset your picks. At 20 picks you will receive 25% damage resistance.
