Arrow speed reverted back to 125 m/s
Sonic Arrow reduced to 10 seconds
Removed Storm Arrow
New stamina clock (works like D.Va's DM or Pharahs flight), regenerates after 2 seconds of non-mobility abilities. Cancels if mobile ability is used (Lunge or Wall Climb)
Lunge uses 40% of stamina, renables when the stamina bar is above 40%, cannot use consecutively
Wall Climb uses 25%/s, goes indefinately until stamina depletes or canceled
