Overwatch: Hero Fighters
An Overwatch 1v1 fighting game with motion inputs inspired by other fighting games, such as Tekken, Street Fighter, Mortal Kombat, and Guilty Gear.
The players fight while surrounded by a spherical border, which will damage them if they walk out of it.
Each player must damage the other opponent until their health hits 0 to win a round.
The first player to win 3 rounds is declared the winner.
Double Jump [Jump]
- Jump again in the air.
Dash [Double Tap Forward]
- Move faster and become immune to the opponent's Primary and Secondary.
Block [Move Backward While Facing the Opponent]
- Significantly reduces damage and makes the player unkillable.
- When blocking, the player will become slowed
Shield Break [Melee Blocking Opponent]
- Punching the opponent while they're blocking will temporarily knock them down.
Perfect Block [Move Backward] + [Interact)
- Reduce all damage and resist Shield Break
- Quickly consumes Ultimate Charge during use
Charged Cancel [Reload] + [Interact) (Costs 50% Charge)
- Abruptly stun and push back the opponent at close-range.
All new abilities used by heroes are activated through motion inputs, which are done using the player's directional inputs. While players could still play without learning the commands, they will be significantly limited in what they can do.
There are three different types of abilities: Command Normals, Special Moves, and Super Moves
Command Normals are a hero's vanilla abilities, but powered up by inputting a motion input.
Special Moves are a hero's custom abilities. These must be activated through a motion input.
Super Moves are a hero's most powerful and impactful custom abilities. These must be activated through a motion input, but also cost 50% ultimate charge.
A powerful, but slow fighter, who can't dash. It can be difficult to chase the opponent with him, but once he gets the opportunity, he can easily dish out devastating amounts of damage in an instant.

|Heat Buster 🡹, 🡺, 🡻, 🡸, 🡹, [Primary Fire]||A close-ranged attack that deals good damage and brief burn.|
|Explosive Lunge 🡸, 🡹, [Reload]||Boosts Reinhardt in the direction he's facing, leaving behind an explosive blast behind that will deal damage and burn. Good for chasing the opponent.|
|Seismic Ripple 🡺, 🡹, 🡸, [Crouch) (Hold), [Jump]||An attack that travels the ground that will knock down and pull in the opponent if they are hit. Leaves the opponent wide open for combos.|
|Mega Reinhardt Buster (Costs 50% Charge) 🡻, 🡺, 🡸, 🡹, [Interact]||Grab the opponent and lift them into the air, slamming them down and dealing huge damage.|
|Stun Barrier (Costs 50% Charge) 🡻, 🡸, 🡺, 🡹, [Reload]||Summon a Knight to walk forward holding their shield. The Knight's shield will stun and push back the opponent if they make contact.|
A strong fighter who can trap and stun his opponents to deal good damage with his Peacekeeper. He can get overwhelmed if he can't land his abilities, but still has options to escape bad situations.

|Dust Grenade 🡸, 🡺, 🡹, 🡻, [Melee]||Toss a Dust Grenade that will create a cloud of dust, hiding Cassidy while he stands inside.|
|Careful Eye [Crouch] + [Primary Fire at Surface]||Mark an invisible point on the ground. If the opponent steps on it, Cassidy will automatically aim and fire at them, dealing significantly increased damage and knockback.|
|Shoot 'Em Up (Costs 50% Charge) 🡻, 🡺, 🡸, 🡹, [Interact]||Repeatedly shoot at the opponent with explosive shots while they're trapped in a pile of caltrops, dealing huge damage.|
|Concentration (Costs 50% Charge) 🡻, 🡸, 🡺, 🡹, [Reload]||Slow down time while McCree isn't moving.|
A rushdown fighter who can attack and pressure his opponent non-stop by teleporting and resetting his cooldowns. He immediately becomes vulnerable as soon as he loses momentum.

|Rampage 🡺, 🡹, 🡸, [Crouch]||Resets ability cooldowns and temporarily increases Doomfist's damage. Good for keeping up a combo or momentum.|
|Pivot 🡸, 🡹, [Reload]||Boosts Doomfist into the direction he's facing.|
|Instant Movement [Crouch] + [Primary Fire at Opponent]||Teleport to the opponent.|
|Rising Assault Burst (Costs 50% Charge) 🡻, 🡺, 🡸, 🡹, [Interact]||Combo the opponent into the air with a flurry of uppercuts, then finish it off with an explosive punch. This move comes out quick, but can be blocked.|
|Absolute Frenzy (Costs 50% Charge) 🡻, 🡸, 🡺, 🡹, [Reload]||For a limited duration, remove the cooldowns of your abilities.|
A damaging fighter with powerful and wide-ranged abilities that can keep the opponent at bay if used properly. Missing with her abilities can leave Echo vulnerable, due to their long durations.
|Sticky Bombs 🡸, 🡹, 🡺, 🡹 [Secondary Fire]||Increases Sticky Bomb damage. Reduces cooldown.|
|Flight 🡺, 🡹, [Ability 1]||Reduces cooldown.|

|Traveling Eruption 🡸, 🡺, 🡸, 🡺, 🡸, 🡺, [Melee]||Causes multiple explosions to travel in a straight direction. Deals huge damage and knockback if the opponent is caught in it.|
|Status Bomb 🡸, 🡻, 🡺, [Melee]||Shoot an orb at a surface, which will periodically pulse and deal whatever effect it is set to. Impulse by default.|
|Status: Hack [Crouch] + [Ability 1) (While using Status Bomb)||Status Bomb will hack the opponent.|
|Status: Burn [Crouch] + [Ability 2) (While using Status Bomb)||Status Bomb will damage and burn the opponent.|

|Particle Implosion (Costs 50% Charge) 🡻, 🡺, 🡸, 🡹, [Interact]||Trap the opponent in a shrinking sphere, which will eventually crush the opponent and deal huge damage.|
|Seeking Bomb (Costs 50% Charge) 🡻, 🡸, 🡺, 🡹, [Reload]||Shoot out a flying bomb that will seek the opponent's position. If it hits, it will explode, freezing and hacking them.|
A highly mobile fighter who can dance around and confuse the opponent as he racks up damage. However, his low health can make him quick to die if the opponent can keep up with him.

|Kusarigama 🡺, 🡻, 🡸, 🡹, [Melee]||Throw out a Kusarigama. If it catches the opponent, the opponent will become unable to move a certain distance away from you.|
|Hiku (While using Kusarigama) 🡺, 🡹, 🡸, [Melee]||Cancel the Kusarigama early and pull the opponent towards you.|
|Deception 🡹, 🡸, 🡻, 🡺, [Crouch]||Briefly become invisible and create a clone that will move in a direction as it copies your actions. Good for dealing extra damage and confusing the opponent. (Note: The clone doesn't copy your skin. Default skin recommended for maximum effect.)|
|Swap (While using Deception) 🡺, 🡹, 🡸, [Crouch]||Cancel Deception early and swap places with your clone.|
|Zansei Rouga (Costs 50% Charge) 🡻, 🡺, 🡸, 🡹, [Interact]||Attack the opponent from all directions at lightning speed, dealing high damage and temporarily hacking them.|
|Nerve Strike (Costs 50% Charge) 🡻, 🡸, 🡺, 🡹, [Reload]||Throw your shurikens and strike with a close-ranged attack. If hit, the opponent will become temporarily hacked.|
A well-rounded fighter with a little bit of everything. His versatile and simple abilities him a great choice for general use or for players who just want an easier fighter to play.

|Sprint [Ability 1]||Automatically enters Soldier: 76 into Dash.|

|Knocking Blow 🡺, 🡹, [Melee] or [Ability 1]||When used with Melee, is a short-ranged attack that deals good damage and knockback. When used with Sprint, deals low damage but higher knockback and stun when Soldier: 76 runs into the opponent.|
|Edge Piercer 🡸, 🡹, 🡺, [Secondary Fire]||A hitscan snipe that deals good damage and stun.|
|Cooking Grenade 🡹, 🡸, 🡻, 🡺, [Crouch], [Melee]||Cook up a grenade after Crouching and toss it when ready with Melee. The blast will deal significant damage, knockback, and stun.|
|Airstrike (Costs 50% Charge) 🡻, 🡺, 🡸, 🡹, [Interact]||Knock down the opponent with your Helix Rockets and blast them with an airstrike while they're down, dealing huge explosive damage.|
|Meteor Cannon (Costs 50% Charge) 🡻, 🡸, 🡺, 🡹, [Reload]||Blast out Helix Rockets, followed up with a deadly series of explosions. This also resets the cooldown of Helix Rockets.|
A quick and damaging fighter with easy to pick up and versatile abilities. Due to how versatile his abilities are, figuring out the best way to use them is key to playing him.

|Amp it Up 🡸, 🡹, [Ability 2]||Resets all ability cooldowns and amplifies the effects of Crossfade, Soundwave, and Bass Punch.|
|Bass Punch 🡸, 🡹, 🡺, [Melee]||A short-ranged attack that deals good damage and knockback. When used on the ground, it will deal lower damage but cover a wider area and deal stun.|
|Sforzando 🡺, 🡹, 🡸, [Crouch]||Boost yourself towards the opponent or your Boombox.|
|Boombox 🡹, 🡸, 🡻, 🡺, [Melee]||Toss out a Boombox, which will buff Lúcio while he's within range and periodically give shields. Can be damaged by Lúcio to knock it around. If it hits the opponent while moving, it will briefly stun them.|
|Carry (While using Boombox) [Crouch on Boombox]||Carry the Boombox. Unable to use attack or use abilities while carrying. Good for easily repositioning the Boombox or gaining all the shields it can provide.|
A puppet fighter who excels at overwhelming the opponent from all directions by controlling a Reaper, named Doug. Although she can be a monster on the offense, she can be poor at defending herself when it comes to it.

|Biotic Orb 🡸, 🡹, [Ability 2]||Increases healing or damage of Biotic Orb.|
|Life Gauge||Is required to use Reaper and other abilities. All abilities use up Life Gauge.|
|Summon (Requires 10% Life Gauge) [Crouch + Interact) (Hold)||Summon Doug. Hold the input to summon him at a farther distance.|
|Adjust (While using Summon) [Primary Fire + Secondary Fire] + [Any Direction]||Control Doug's movement at the cost of your own.|
|Return (While using Summon) [Crouch] + [Interact]||Return Doug.|
|Dominating Approach (Costs 30% Life Gauge) 🡺, 🡹, 🡸 [Crouch]||Doug moves towards the opponent for a few seconds. If he makes contact, the opponent will become greatly damaged and hacked.|
|Penetration Proliferation (Costs 40% Life Gauge) 🡹, 🡸, 🡻, 🡺, [Melee]||Doug summons 3 explosions in a straight line. The explosions will deal significant damage and stun.|
|Eater of Space (Costs 20% Life Gauge) 🡸, 🡹, [Reload]||Doug summons an orb that will move towards the opponent while absorbing projectiles. If the opponent is caught by the orb, they will be constantly hacked.|
- The player may become super slowed. Movement speed will reset upon death if it happens.
- Genji's Deception bot may get stuck on the stage, which isn't supposed to happen.
- Lucio's Boombox may be unusable.
