Upgraded Overwatch by Ender#14707

Here's a list of things that I changed
Sombra can hack farther away Crouch + Interact (increases time though and long cooldown)
Mccree can root someone for 2 seconds during ult but they can still use abilitys (interact)
Rein can cancel charge (click)
Tracer's blinks do low damage to enemy has to be very close and when she recalls spawns a dummy tracer that she can swap places with (interact)
Doomfist's slam stuns target
Mercy healing increases the more she's alive kill her (resets upon death or in spawn)
Hanzo headshots make target bleed abit
Genji's dash makes target bleed
