Scaling & Voice Pitch Test Mode

Simple mode that allows you to change the size of your hero with button combos. Useful for testing and playing around with the new feature.

- Button combo for increasing/decreasing size
- Button combo for increasing/decreasing speed
- Button combo for suicide
- Voice pitch changes depending on size
- Various workshop options for tweaking settings (disallow/allow speed change, enable collision with environment...)
