OW2 hero changes (BETA)

I added changes to some overwatch heros and gave them special abilities.
At the moment, only the following heros have been changed: Echo, Sombra, Sojourn, Tracer, Widowmaker, Mercy, Moira, D.VA, Mei, Symmetra.
