Overwatch 1 Reworked (old)

Hello! So this project i've been working on since 2021 is, imo, finally finished. ive done A LOT of revising and editing and im proud of the final product. Basically im doing large and small hero changes along with a few big/mini reworks.


General

  • Assemble Heroes duration is decreased from 25 seconds to 15 seconds

Tank

D.Va

  • Fusion Cannon's penalty has been reduced from -40% to -30%
  • Fusion Cannon's damage has been increased by .5 (2 to 2.5)
  • Increased Booster's knockback by 15%

Orisa

  • Health/Armor ratio redistributed from 200/250 to 200/300 (450 to 500)
  • No longer has a movement penalty when firing Fusion Driver
  • Halt!'s cooldown is increased by 2s (6s to 8s)
  • Halt!'s projectile speed increased by 10 (25 to 35)
  • Protective Barrier's health reduced by 300 (600 to 300)
  • Protective Barrier's cooldown is reduced by 2s (10s to 8s)
  • Fortify now grants any ally in a 6.5m radius a 25% speed boost and the Phased Out status for 1.25s, however if Orisa uses her primary in Fortify the speed boost doesn't apply to her
  • Fortify's cooldown is increased by 2.5s (12s to 14.5s)
  • Fusion Driver's damage increased from 11 to 12
  • Fusion Driver's projectile speed decreased from 120 to 100
  • Ultimate cost increased by 6%

Reinhardt

  • Base armor increased to 275 up from 250 (500 to 525 hp)
  • Charge's cooldown is reduced by 2s (10s to 8s)
  • Charge is now cancellable
  • Charge damage is reduced by 35 (300 to 265)

Roadhog

  • Scrap Gun's pellet damage reduced to 6.4 down from 6.6
  • Chain Hook's enemy placement is increased to 3.5m (up from 3m)
  • Whole Hog's ultimate cost is decreased by 5%
  • Whole Hog's knockback is reduced by 25%

Sigma

  • Whenever Sigma takes out/away Experimental Barrier, Sigma cannot use Kinetic Grasp for 1.75 seconds
  • Kinetic Grasp's cooldown is increased by 1s (12s to 13s)
  • Whenever Sigma uses Kinetic Grasp, he gains a 65%+ movement speed buff
  • Sigma can now cancel Kinetic Grasp
  • Experimental Barrier's health gain increased from 80 to 100

Winston

  • Projected Barrier's cooldown is reduced by 1s (13s to 12s)
  • Ammunition increased by 50 (100 to 150)

Wrecking Ball

  • Minefield's duration is reduced by 5s (20s to 15s)
  • Wreckingball can no longer gain ultimate charge whenever Minefield is active
  • Grappling Claw's cooldown is now set to 0 whenever he spawns & respawns
  • Grappling Claw's cooldown is reduced by 1s (5s to 4s)
  • Grappling Claw's knockback is increased by 9%

Zarya

  • Particle Cannon's knockback is increased by 100%
  • Particle Cannon's secondary ammo cost is reduced by 5 (25 to 20)
  • Particle Barrier's cooldown is reduced by 2s (10s to 8s)

Damage

Ashe

  • Whenever B.O.B. is out, Ashe can no longer gain ultimate charge
  • Speed penalty for The Viper is increased from -30% to -10%
  • Dynamite's cooldown is increased by 2s (12s to 14s)
  • Coach Gun's cooldown is reduced by 1.25s (10s to 8.75s)
  • Coach Gun's enemy knockback reduced by 100% (9.4m to 0m)
  • The Viper's damage now scales back at 50% at maximum fall-off range up from 30%

Bastion

  • Configuration: TANK now grants 100 additional temporary armor
  • Self-Repair's duration increased to 3.66s up from 3.33s
  • Bastion no longer takes knockback in Reconfigure
  • Self-Repairs healing is reduced by 5 (90hps to 85 hps)

Cassidy

  • Fan The Hammer now has a cooldown of 4.5 seconds (HUD shows)
  • Combat Roll's cooldown is reduced by 1s (6s to 5s)
  • Base health is reduced by 25 (225 to 200)
  • Flashbang's duration is reduced by .5s (0.8s to 0.75s)
  • Ultimate cost reduced by 7%
  • Peacekeeper's damage now scales back at 50% at maximum fall-off range up from 30%
  • Combat Roll's cooldown now resets on elimination

Doomfist

  • Best Defense's hp is increased to 35 up from 30
  • Rocket Punch's damage is reduced from 50-150 to 41.5-125
  • Meteor Strike's outer ring damage is increased to 250 up from 200
  • Primary reload speed reduced by 0.07s (0.4s to 0.33s)
  • Meteor Strike's inner ring damage is increased by 75 (300 to 375)

Echo

  • Sticky Bomb's cooldown is increased by 2s (6s to 8s)
  • Focusing Beam's damage is reduced by 25dps (200 to 175)

Genji

  • Ammunition reduced by 3 (30 to 27)
  • Ultimate cost reduced by 7%

Hanzo

  • Projectile speed increased to 125mps (up from 110mps)
  • Storm Arrow's Quanity reduced by 2 (5 to 3)
  • Storm Arrow's damage is increased by 20 (70 to 90)
  • Storm Bow's damage is reduced by 5 (125 to 120)

Pharah

  • Base health redistributed from 200 health 0 shields to 125 health and 75 shields
  • Concussive Blast's cooldown is increased by 1s (9s to 10s)
  • Hover Jet's recharge rate is reduced by 8 (43 to 35)
  • Hover Jet's vertical speed is increased by 6%

Reaper

  • Wraith Form now grants a 50%+ movement speed buff for 3.5 seconds
  • Shadowstep's cooldown is reduced by 2s (10s to 8s)

Soldier: 76

  • Helix Rocket's cooldown increased by 2s (6s to 7s)
  • Biotic Field's HPs is increased by 5 (35 to 40)
  • Heavy Pulse Rifle's ammunition is reduced by 5 (30 to 25)

Sombra

  • Hack's cooldown is increased by 2s (8s to 10s)
  • Sombra deals 22.5% more damage to a Hacked player
  • Translocater's cooldown is reduced by 2s (6s to 4s)
  • Ultimate cost increased by 6%
  • Stealth now has a limited duration of 10s
  • Stealth's movement speed buff is reduced by 5% (+65% to +60%)

Symmetra

  • Teleporter can no longer be manually destroyed
  • Teleporter has a set duration of 8s before destroyed automatically
  • Teleporter's cooldown starts on placement
  • Ammunition increased by 15 (70 to 85)
  • Reload speed reduced by 0.2s (1.35s to 1.15s)
  • Sentry Turret's cooldown is reduced by 2s (10s to 8s)
  • Sentry Turret's projectile speed is increased by 5mps (15mps to 20)
  • Projected Orb's speed is increased by 25mps (25mps to 50)
  • Projected Orb's damage has been reduced from 120 to 100
  • Ultimate cost increased by 8%

Torbjorn

  • Overload's cooldown is increased by 2s (10s to 12s)
  • Reduced Overload's health gain by 25 (100 75)
  • Increased ultimate cost by 10%
  • Increased ammunition by 2 (18 to 20)
  • Reduced reload speed by 0.5s (2s to 1.5s)
  • Reduced Overload's reload speed by 0.4 seconds (1.4s to 1s)
  • Increased ALT Fire's consumption from by 1 (2 to 3)

Tracer

  • Recall's cooldown is increased by 2s (12s to 14s)

Widowmaker

  • Automatic Fire damage increased from 3.9-13 to 4.48-15
  • Venom Mine's cooldown is reduced by 7s (15s to 8s)
  • Infra-Sight now grants Widowmaker a 25% damage boost
  • Infra-Sight's duration is reduced by 5s (15s to 10s)
  • Ultimate cost increased by 5%

Support

Ana

  • Sleep Dart's duration is reduced by 1s (4s instead of 5s)
  • Biotic Grenade's cooldown is increased by 2s (10s to 12s)
  • Ammuniton is increased by 3 (12 to 15)
  • Ultimate cost increased by 5%

Baptiste

  • Immortality Field's cooldown is increased by 5s (25s to 30s)
  • Immortality Field starts on a 15s cooldown whenever Baptiste respawns
  • Amplification Matrix's duration is reduced by 3.5s (10s to 6.5s)
  • Amplification Matrix's cost is reduced by 15%
  • Primary recovery speed increased by .03s (0.38s to 0.41s)
  • If Baptiste heals an ally with his Biotic Launcher, he heals himself for 10 health

Brigitte

  • Base health increased by 25 (200 to 225)
  • Inspire's healing is reduced from 15 to 13.35 (90 healing total to 80)
  • Shield Bash's cooldown is increased by 1.5s (7s to 8.5s)
  • Shield Bash's knockback is increased by 200%
  • Shield Bash's damage is increased by 35 (5 to 40)
  • Shield Bash's stun duration reduced by .1s (0.75s to 0.65s)
  • Repair Pack's LoS distance reduced to 15m down from 30m
  • Repair Pack's cooldown is reduced by 1s (6s to 5s)
  • Repair Pack's healing is reduced by 6 (55 to 49)
  • Barrier Shield's movement penalty increased to -20% up from -30%
  • Barrier Shield's size increased by 9%
  • Barrier Shield's health has been reduced by 25 (250 to 225)
  • Barrier Shield's deployment time has been reduced

Lucio

  • Ultimate cost reduced by 15%
  • Amp It Up's cooldown is reduced by 2s (12s to 10s)
  • Reload speed reduced by 0.25s (1.5s to 1.25s)

Mercy

  • Resurrect moved to her Ability 2 in Valkyrie
  • Resurrect replaces Enlighten in Valkyrie
  • (New Ability 2): Enlighten
    • Has a range of 15 meters
    • Has a cast-time of 0.6 seconds
    • Heals 75 health instantly and grants 25 overhealth for 1.75 seconds
    • Has a cooldown of 15 seconds
    • Cleanses any ally affected from the Asleep & Burning status effects
    • Can not be used while Mercy has the Hacked, Asleep, Knocked Down, Frozen, or Stunned status effects
    • Has a visual ring displaying its maximum range
  • Valkyrie's duration is reduced by 5s (15s to 10s)
  • Valkyrie's Guardian Angel speed is increased by 30%
  • Caduceus Staff's HPs in Valkyrie is increased to 75 up from 60
  • Resurrect now has 2 charges
  • Resurrect's cast time has been reduced by 1.15s (1.75s to 0.6s)
  • Resurrect now resurrects a player at 50% of their max health (I.x. Roadhog gets resurrected at 300/600 of his hp, Genji at 100/200)
  • Guardian Angel goes on cooldown every Resurrect
  • Valkyrie now shows its duration via numbers
  • Ultimate cost increased by 8%

Moira

  • Biotic Orb's projectile speed is reduced by 10% (20mps to 18mps)
  • Maximum Biotic Energy reduced by 1.5 (12.5 to 11)
  • Biotic Grasp's recharge rate increased from 3.84 to 4.21
  • Fade's increased by 1s (6s to 7s)
  • Fade now gives allys within 5 meters the Invincible status effect for 1 second
  • Biotic Orb's damage scale increased from 200 to 225
  • Biotic Orb's healing scale reduced from 300 to 250
  • Biotic Grasp's damage increased from 50 to 55
  • Biotic Grasp's self-heal increased from 24 to 27
  • Coalescence now makes enemys receive 30% less healing for 4 seconds
  • Coalescence's duration is reduced by 2s (8s to 6s)
