Fixed the bug with the upvoting system. Hopefuly.

Added an upvoting system. Contestants now have one upvote every round that they can use to commend another contestant for their skin choice. The judge may or may not respect the upvotes.

Added hud text for the current code and a link to this page.

Added Necropolis and Nepal Sanctum maps. It's 2 new maps and 7 new contest locations.

Added colors to the command board, so that similar commands have the same color and you can find them more quicker. (for example, end of round command is red color while function toggle commands are purple etc...)

Moved the command board in Castilo and Ilios Well (position of well) away from the contest area, so you guys stop accidentaly smashing buttons there.

Added Lijiang Gardens and its Lunar New Year version. It's 6 new contest positions accross those 2 maps.

Added Group mode which generates two large red and blue circles. Give two themes to your contestants and assign a color to each theme. Let contestants form two groups within those circles. Better group wins. Group mode can be enabled through a new 10th command on command board or via keybinding (which is disabled by default).

Changed ressurect command so it ressurects all dead players, instead of ressurecting just 1.

Turned off hero hud by default. This turns off your health, ammo ultimate etc. You can reenable it in the first rule.

Remade the entire code from scratch to optimize it. Improved creation of new maps. Added command board. Added few other features. Added support to 10 contestants and 2 judges.
