Overwatch 1 Reworked

Hello! So this project i've been working on since 2021 is, imo, finally finished. ive done A LOT of revising and editing and im proud of the final product. Basically im doing large and small hero changes along with a rework. I'll list the highlighted heroes:

  • 7CFG0

D.Va

  • Micro Missles cooldown reduced by 2s (8s to 6s)
  • Self-Destruct's knockback is increased by 10%

Orisa

  • Fortify's cooldown is increased by 2s (10s to 12s)
  • No longer has a movement penalty when firing Fusion Driver

Reinhardt

  • Base armor increased to 275 up from 250 (500 to 525 hp)
  • Charge's cooldown is reduced by 2s (10s to 8s)
  • Charge is now cancellable
  • Charge damage is reduced by 35 (300 to 265)

Roadhog

  • Scrap Gun's pellet damage reduced to 6.4 down from 6.6
  • Chain Hook's enemy placement is increased to 3.5m (up from 3m)
  • Whole Hog's ultimate cost is decreased by 5%
  • Whole Hog's knockback is reduced by 25%

Sigma

  • Whenever Experimental Barrier breaks, Sigma cannot use Kinetic Grasp for 2.25 seconds
  • Kinetic Grasp's cooldown is increased by 1s (12s to 13s)
  • Whenever Sigma uses Kinetic Grasp, he gains a 65%+ movement speed buff

Wrecking Ball

  • Minefield's duration is reduced by 5s (20s to 15s)
  • Wreckingball can no longer gain ultimate charge whenever Minefield is active
  • Grappling Claw's cooldown is now set to 0 whenever he spawns & respawns
  • Grappling Claw's cooldown is reduced by 1s (5s to 4s)
  • Grappling Claw's knockback is increased by 9%

Zarya

  • Particle Cannon's knockback is increased by 100%

Ashe

  • Whenever B.O.B. is out, Ashe can no longer gain ultimate charge
  • Speed penalty for The Viper is increased from -30% to -10%
  • Dynamite's cooldown is increased by 2s (12s to 14s)
  • Coach Gun's cooldown is reduced by 1.25s (10s to 8.75s)
  • Coach Gun's enemy knockback reduced by 100% (9.4m to 0m)

Bastion

  • Configuration: TANK now grants 100 additional temporary armor
  • Self-Repair's duration increased to 3.5s up from 3.33s
  • Bastion no longer takes knockback in Reconfigure
  • Self-Repairs healing is reduced by 7.5 (90hps to 82.5hps)

Cassidy

  • Fan The Hammer now has a cooldown of 4.5 seconds (HUD shows)
  • Combat Roll's cooldown is reduced by 2s (6s to 4s)
  • Base health is reduced by 25 (225 to 200)
  • Hitbox reduced by 10%
  • Flashbang's duration is reduced by .5s (0.8s to 0.75s)
  • Ultimate cost reduced by 7%

Doomfist

  • Best Defense's hp is increased to 35 up from 30
  • Rocket Punch's damage is reduced from 50-150 to 41.5-125
  • Meteor Strike's outer ring damage is increased to 250 up from 200
  • Primary reload speed reduced by 0.07s (0.4s to 0.33s)

Echo

  • Sticky Bomb's cooldown is increased by 2s (6s to 8s)
  • Focusing Beam's damage is reduced by 25dps (200 to 175)

Genji

  • Ammunition reduced by 3 (30 to 27)
  • Ultimate cost reduced by 7%

Hanzo

  • Projectile speed increased to 125mps (up from 110mps)
  • Storm Arrow's Quanity reduced by 2 (5 to 3)
  • Storm Arrow's damage is increased by 20 (70 to 90)
  • Storm Bow's damage is reduced by 5 (125 to 120)

Pharah

  • Base health redistributed from 200 health 0 shields to 125 health and 75 shields
  • Concussive Blast's cooldown is increased by 1s (9s to 10s)
  • Hover Jet's recharge rate is reduced by 8 (43 to 35)
  • Hover Jet's vertical speed is increased by 6%

Reaper

  • Wraith Form now grants a 50%+ movement speed buff for 3.5 seconds
  • Shadowstep's cooldown is reduced by 2s (10s to 8s)

Soldier: 76

  • Helix Rocket's cooldown increased by 2s (6s to 7s)
  • Biotic Field's HPs is increased by 5 (35 to 40)
  • Heavy Pulse Rifle's damage is reduced by .5 (20 to 19.5)

Sombra

  • Hack's cooldown is increased by 2s (8s to 10s)
  • Sombra deals 20% more damage to a Hacked player
  • Translocater's cooldown is reduced by 2s (6s to 4s)
  • Ultimate cost increased by 6%
  • Stealth now has a limited duration of 12s
  • Stealth's movement speed buff is increased to 75%+ (originally 65%+)

Symmetra

  • Teleporter can no longer be manually destroyed
  • Teleporter has a set duration of 10s before destroyed automatically
  • Teleporter's cooldown starts on placement
  • Sentry Turret's cooldown is reduced by 2s (10s to 8s)
  • Sentry Turret's projectile speed is increased by 5mps (15mps to 20)
  • Projected Orb's speed is increased by 5mps (25mps to 30)
  • Ultimate cost increased by 8%

Torbjorn

  • Overload's cooldown is increased by 2s (10s to 12s)

Tracer

  • Recall's cooldown is increased by 2s (12s to 14s)
  • Ultimate cost increased by 5%

Widowmaker

  • Critical Hit multiplier is reduced by .5 (2.5x to 2x)
  • Bodyshot damage is increased by 5 (120 to 125)
  • Venom Mine's cooldown is reduced by 9s (15s to 6s)

Ana

  • Sleep Dart's duration is reduced by .5s for DPS and Supports and 1s for Tanks (4.5s for DPS/Support and 4s for Tanks)
  • Biotic Grenade's cooldown is increased by 2s (10s to 12s)
  • Ammuniton is increased by 3 (12 to 15)
  • Ultimate cost increased by 6%

Baptiste

  • Immortality Field's cooldown is increased by 5s (25s to 30s)
  • Immortality Field starts on a 15s cooldown whenever Baptiste respawns
  • Amplification Matrix's duration is reduced by 2s (10s to 8s)
  • Primary recovery speed increased by .03s (0.38s to 0.41s)

Brigitte

  • Base health increased by 25 (200 to 225)
  • Shield Bash's cooldown is increased by 1s (7s to 8s)
  • Shield Bash's damage is increased by 30 (5 to 35)
  • Shield Bash's stun duration reduced by .1s (0.75s to 0.65s)
  • Repair Pack's LoS distance reduced to 15m down from 30m
  • Repair Pack's cooldown is reduced by 1s (6s to 5s)
  • Barrier Shield's movement penalty increased to -15% up from -30%
  • Barrier Shield's size increased by 6%

Lucio

  • Ultimate cost reduced by 15%

Mercy

Burst Rework

  • Caduceus Staff's HPs increased to 60 up from 55
  • Resurrect moved to her Ability 2 in Valkyrie
  • New Ability 2: Enlighten
  • Enlighten has a radius of 12 meters and grants any ally (including Mercy) 75 instant health and then 25 overhealth for 2.5 seconds. The cast time for Enlighten is Resurrect's instant animation, however Enlighten has an actual cast time of 0.42 seconds and cleanses any ally in the radius of the burning and asleep status effect. Enlighten has a cooldown of 10 seconds.
  • Valkyrie's duration is reduced by 7s (15s to 8s)
  • Resurrect replaces Enlighten in Valkyrie
  • Valkyrie's Guardian Angel speed is increased by 25%
  • Caduceus Staff's HPs in Valkyrie is increased to 70 up from 60
  • Resurrect now has 2 charges
  • Guardian Angel goes on a 2 second cooldown every Resurrect
  • Valkyrie now shows its duration via numbers
  • Ultimate cost increased by 8%

Switch-a-roo Rework

  • Caduceus Staff's HPs increased to 60 up from 55
  • Valkyrie and Resurrect are switched (Resurrect is her ultimate, Valkyrie is her Ability 2)
  • Valkyrie has a cooldown of 10s
  • Valkyrie's duration is reduced by 11.5s (15s to 3.5s)
  • Valkyrie's HPs is increased to 75 up from 60
  • Valkyrie now has a shown numbered visual (like in the first rework)
  • Resurrect is now a single target ultimate
  • Resurrect's radius is increased by 3m (5m to 8m)
  • Resurrect's cast time is reduced by 1.75s (1.75 to 0)
  • A dead ally now has a yellow ring around their soul thats 8m wide so Mercy knows her Resurrect range
  • Ultimate Cost (Resurrect) is reduced by 25%

Moira

  • Biotic Orb's projectile speed is reduced by 10% (20mps to 18mps)
  • Maximum Biotic Energy reduced by 1.5 (12.5 to 11)
