Doveloper's Comments: These changes are geared towards making Brigitte less oppressive when rushing down mid-range and long-range enemies, while still leaving her with the upper hand. While small, the change to Brigitte's barrier health puts it at or below many damage thresholds. The number of hits required from Ana's Biotic Rifle, Baptiste's Biotic Launcher, Mercy's Caduceus Blaster, or Zenyatta's Orbs of Destruction have been reduced by one, and the penalty for losing her barrier is more severe. Since Rush Pack is already a powerful tool for closing space, the pulling effect of Whip Shot can be removed to allow more counterplay.

Doveloper's Comments: In the initial playtest, Ana was a bit too vulnerable when someone closed into melee range. While my original response was to give her a bit of extra health, I decided to instead take a more interesting approach which leans more into her niche as a sniper. This change replaces the flashy-but-impractical area sleep dart with a flashy-but-practical mobility and disengaging tool. I'll keep a close eye on how this affects the ability's counterplay.
