Gameplay

  • Renamed Pistol to SMG
  • Molotov firing time reduced from 1.5s to 0.9s, blast radius decreased from 2.5m to 2.0m, reload time increased from 2.5s to 3.0s

  • The Sniper's shots are not only piercing, but now also ricochet twice off surfaces. Simple geometry!
  • Hand Grenade now bounces off surfaces and no longer explodes on impact. Fuse reduced from 4s to 1.5s. Explosion radius increased from 3m to 4m.

Gameplay

  • All bullets now have a 0.2 meter wide pseudo-hitbox (previous acted as zero-width lines). If the distance between a bullet and the point on the enemy's hitbox between the bullet and their torso is less than 0.2 meters it will trigger a hit.

Previously it was very difficult to actually land hits with the guns due to them being both arcing projectiles and zero-width raycasts. This should make combat feel better.

  • Decreased blast radius of Grenade Launcher and RPG.

The large explosion sizes made it too easy to just shoot anywhere near the enemy's feet and kill them.

Performance

  • Workshop Inspector is now disabled by default to reduce lag

HUD:

  • Added "Kill players to earn rerolls" text when at 0 rerolls

Balance:

  • Increased fire rate of Revolver and Sniper

  • Added version number to credit text
