- Rocket Fuel: Bonus projectile speed increased from 20% to 25%

- Glacial Glaze: Freeze duration increased from 1s to 1.2s

- Helicopter: Fuel consumption rate decreased by 15%
- Helicopter: Fuel recharge rate increased by 15%
- Helicopter: Downtime before fuel starts to recharge increased from 1s to 2.25s
- Tempered Steel: Replaces Steamroll - Heavy Duty armour prevents you from falling under 1 HP

- Phase Shifter: Damage resistance decreased from 90% to 75%
Echo
- Neural Net: Allies now have a 2s buffer duration for their ultimate charge to stay in sync as Echo's
McCree
- Headlock: Now needs to double tap or hold Melee to activate
- Clocked: Ultimate regained per successful Deadeye shot increased from 20% to 25%
Pharah
- Concussive Blast cooldown decreased from 10s to 9s (also affects Ground Zero)
Sombra
- Buffer: Replaces VPN - Instead of full undetectability, uncloak duration is now instant
- Buffer: Healing rate increased from 15hp/s to 25hp/s
- Firewall: Machine Pistol cannot be fired while the shield is up
- Data Breach: Max damage reduced from 90 to 60
- Data Breach: Now hacks enemies in the proximity for 2s

- Vortex: Dragged players will no longer be overshot when Recall is used in the air

- Vivacissimo: Custom Ultimate duration increased from 7s to 9s
