6 Vs 6 but Tanks are Balanced

¡¡¡¡¡UPDATE!!!!: SOME NON-TANK CHARACTERS IN THE PREVIOUS VERSION OF THIS CODE HAD SOME HEAVIE NOT LISTED CHANGES BEACUSE MY DUMBASS BRAIN FORGET TO CHANGE IT. DON´T WORRY IF YOU ARE NEW, THE ONLY CHARACTERS MODIFIEDED HERE ARE THE TANKS

This is MY APPROACH to a possible balance patch involving a new game philosophy for tanks in which both the max and minimum health changes to make them feel less oppressive. Also with some other changes in the middle.

My Tank Philosophy:
-Tank that not have self-sustaining besides the ones that uses for protecting the team, the Max health is 500
-Tanks with only 1 Ability that increases the Max health with other protective abilities, the Max Health is 400
-Tanks with multiple and constant self-sustaining abilities or Tanks that are considered “DPS with more health”, the Max health is 350

Balance Patch:


D.va:
-Due limitations of the current workshop D.va has to enter into Mech each time she Respawn
-Health pool reduced from 650 to 500 (300hp/350ar -> 150hp/350ar)
-Matrix Defense:
. Max time reduced from 3sec to 1.5sec
. Recharge rate is duplicated


Doomfist:
-Health reduced from 450 to 350
-"The Best Defense..." bonus Overhealth Max decreased from 200 to 150
-Seismic Slam cooldown recuced from 7sec to 6.5sec


Junker Queen:
-Health decreased from 425 to 350
-Commanding Shout:
. Overhealth gaining decreased from 200 to 175
. Cooldown reduced from 14sec to 7sec
-Carnage cooldown reduced from 8sec to 6sec


Orisa:
-Health reduced from 550 to 400 (225hp/225ar -> 175hp/225ar)
-Fortify:
. Overhealth gaining decreased from 125 to 100
. Cooldown decreased from 12sec to 9sec


Rammattra:
-Health decreased from 450 to 350
-Nemesis Form:
. Bonus Armor reduced from 225 to 200
. Cooldown reduced from 8sec to 4sec
. Pummel Damage increased from 65 to 78
-Void Accelerator ammo increased from 100 to 200
-Summoned Barrier: (Ominc form Secondary Fire):
. Health decreased from 1000 to 750
. Cooldown reduced from 15sec to 9sec
-Ravenous Vortex Cooldown decreased from 12sec to 10sec
-Bonus Armor during Annihilation is 300 instead of 200


Reinhardt:
-Health Pool decreased from 625 to 500 (325hp/300ar -> 250hp/250ar)
-Protective Barrier Health reduced from 1200 to 900
-Charge cooldown reduced from 8sec to 5sec


Roadhog:
-Health reduced from 700 to 350
-Take a Breather Cooldown reduced from 8sec to 4sec
-Hook cooldown increased from 8sec to 12sec
-Scrapgun ammo increased from 5 to 6
-New Passive: Duplicates healing received


Sigma:
-Health pool decreased from 550 to 400 (350hp/200sh -> 250hp/150sh)
-Experimental Barrier health decreased from 700 to 500
-Kinetic Grasp cooldown reduced from 12sec to 10sec
-Accretion cooldown increased from 10sec to 14sec


Winton:
-Health pool reduced from 550 to 500
-Projected Barrier:
. Health decreased from 800 to 500
. Cooldown reduced from 14sec to 8.5sec


Wrecking Ball:
-Health pool decreased from 700 to 400 (600hp/100ar -> 300hp/100ar)
-Quad Cannons ammo increased from 80 to infinite
-Adaptive Shields:
. Overhealth gaining per enemy and himself reduced from 100 to 50
. Cooldown reduced from 15sec to 9sec


Zarya:
-Health pool reduced from 475 to 400 (250hp/225sh -> 200hp/200sh)
-Particle Cannon ammo increased from 100 to 125
-Particle Barriers:
. Max energy per Barrier reduced from 40 to 25 (Barrier hp reduced from 200 to 125)
. Cooldown decreased from 11sec to 8.5sec

This mode is better if you play with scrims so…ENJOY!!!!!!!
