Mccree
Zarya
Due to the recent spread reduction patch, damage would need to be adjusted accordingly.
These changes are in response to the recent patch (25 HP changes)
Adjustment due to a reduction in reload speed in the recent patch.
Baptiste: Adjusted the damage value in response to recent patch
Does more damage over time but I'm not touching the damage value because it was low compared to other heroes.
These bugs just appeared out of no where, I have applied a temporary workaround for these bugs. Once Blizzard has fixed those issues, then the workaround fixes will be removed.
Modified Soldier 76's damage dealt value in the custom games settings in response to his reduced damage in the Halloween patch
Reaper: Ammo increased from 3 -> 4
Comments: After the recent nerf to ammo, his DPS over time, when factoring the weapon spread, is a bit underperforming, so I will bring his ammo back to 4.
Time for another round of balance changes, due to a recent patch on the main Overwatch game, some heroes' power levels have gone off the line, I will be making some changes to compensate for that. Also, I wanted to take this opportunity fix some of the calculation errors that caused some heroes to be underperforming/overperforming.
Ashe:
Comments: Still does the same damage in Quantum Clash
Pharah:
Comments: The changes to the recovery time on the live servers made her slightly below the power level, so I will buff her rocket speed as compensation, making it harder to avoid at longer range.
Mccree:
*Comments: The changes to the recovery time on the live servers made him slightly below the power level, so I will buff his damage to make his weapon a bit more lethal. But overall time to kill has increased.
Baptiste:
Comments: Baptiste is a little bit too strong before the recent Overwatch patch. The new patch widened the power level gap between him and Mccree, so I will be toning down his damage. The notable breakpoint is that he now requires 6 shots to kill a target instead of 5. However, I will be increasing his ammo by 1 more burst so he has more to shoot before the reload downtime, otherwise his DPS overtime will be way too low.
Zarya:
Comments: Zarya is still a bit underperforming when compared to Soldier 76, especially noting the fact Soldier 76's weapon can outrange Zarya's weapon, I will further increase his damage so the time-to-kill gap is closer. However, I will need to reduce his ammo so his DPS over time doesn't go too high, The damage might be a bit too much, so I will still keep a lookout.
Soldier 76: Damage reduced from 35 -> 30
Comments: Soldier 76 is a bit too effective at bursting down his enemies at all ranges, and has the lowest TTK rapid fire weapon in the game. I will be bringing down his damage a bit. He will now require 7 shots instead of 6 to kill an enemy.
Ashe: Damage increased from 120 -> 130
Comments: Ashe felt a bit underperforming. I will be increasing her damage slightly to match her DPS over time with Pharah. This makes her bodyshot slightly more threatening.
Reaper: Ammo reduced from 4 -> 3
Comments: Reaper has way too much DPS over time, even factoring his large spread. I want him to still be lethal at close range, so he will still do 200 damage if you land all the shots. But now he has 1 less ammo, hence more reload downtime, and his DPS over time is still the highest in the game but is much more reasonable.
Zarya: Damage per second increased from 200 -> 240
Comments: Zarya weapon's range has a hard cap at 15m, and has a larger hitbox that I can't change. I will be increasing his damage slightly to compensate for those, as well as rewarding him better for getting into range. His damage over time and time to kill is now closer to Soldier for rapid fire category, and ammo percentage to kill is now closer to Reaper for short range category.
