Minor Fixes with Pulse Scan and healthpack pickup.

Maps added: Paris and Petra

Fixed the issue with Courier's thrown healthpack that prevented non-Courier players from picking it up.

Added "watermark"

Added interactions between Courier and Tracer: Both heroes every time they eliminate each other will say "Sorry".

Courier's stamina can now be recharged faster when standing.

Courier is now able to throw healthpacks, but cannot throw another one until the current is picked up by either a player or him.
